Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We want you to be comfortable with your QuantPulse subscription. This page explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing quantpulse.in@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, or by calling +91 79776 91324. Once cancelled, we will stop any future auto-renewal (if applicable) and your subscriber access will end at the conclusion of your current paid billing period, unless you request a refund per the terms below.

2. Refund basis: pro-rata, weekly

Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata weekly basis. That means:

  • Your paid billing period is divided into whole calendar weeks (7 days each) from the date your subscription started.
  • Any fully unused weeks remaining after your refund request are eligible for a refund.
  • The week during which you request the refund, and any earlier weeks, are treated as consumed and are not refundable.
  • Refund amount = (unused whole weeks ÷ total weeks in the plan) × amount paid, minus any non-refundable payment-gateway charges where applicable.
Worked examples
Monthly plan (₹799, treated as 4 weeks): if you cancel during week 2, weeks 3 and 4 are unused → refund ≈ (2 ÷ 4) × ₹799 = ₹399.50.
Quarterly plan (₹1,899, treated as 13 weeks): if you cancel during week 5, 8 weeks are unused → refund ≈ (8 ÷ 13) × ₹1,899 ≈ ₹1,169.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email quantpulse.in@gmail.com from the email address you subscribed with.
  2. Include the subject line "Refund request" along with your subscriber email and the payment reference / transaction ID.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the refund amount calculated on the pro-rata weekly basis above.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Non-refundable situations

  • The current week (and any earlier weeks) of the paid billing period.
  • Subscriptions terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (for example, sharing channel access or redistributing content).
  • Any payment-gateway or bank charges that are not returned to us when processing the refund.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged more than once for the same subscription, or if a payment was debited but service access was not granted, please email us with the transaction reference and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or failed charge (this is separate from the pro-rata policy above).

6. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your subscription.
